His delivery put some people off, but not me. I thought he was hilarious!

(11,744 posts)He was an acquired taste but I acquired it. My favorite was his impression of Mickey Mouse on Acid.

(19,204 posts)Well, not specifically you, but everyone. When I first heard him I couldn't stand him, but after a few thousand exposures I started to warm to him. He was a funny, funny guy. He'll be missed, but he's always just a YouTube video away.

(38,017 posts)I always got the impression that off-stage, he was the sweetest guy. He was abrasively harmless with a voice of a 90-year old man. I loved him.

What a loss, condolences to his family, and R.I.P.

(9,120 posts)As a major fan of comedy, oof. Norm MacDonald, Bob Saget, now Gottfried.
Of course, Iago was my first exposure to him, but as I grew older I appreciated the hell out of his off color comedy.
