I heard the reason why the US and others were slow in sending weapons to Ukraine, and it makes sense. Everyone thought that Russia would take over Kyiv in 3 days so why send arms and weapons that would just fall into Russian hands. Different story now.

Earlier in the week the Russians spoke of using PGM including bunker-busters to target C&C in Kyiv.

Add in the embarrassing sinking of the Moskva... I think they're taking a "kill shot" at Zelenskyy.

A conventional weapon from a bomber could do the job, but not on a PGM.
