All listen to them talk for three minutes and then I get to talk for three minutes uninterrupted about politics.

They never come back and I’m very respectful.

Maybe ask them to listen to your sources. It might be an interesting conversation.

CNN paid a group of Fox fans to watch CNN...afterwards they admitted experiencing some expansion of their horizon. But they promptly returned to watching Fox.

I turn on a little radical right news sources occasionally but get nauseated very quickly because it's propaganda and go back to my favorite fake news channel.

Why don't they "expand their horizons"?
