Feathers in the sand . . .
After a week in Galveston in inclement weather; light mist, high winds and overall dense overcast I found a thread on the beach. Feathers. Feathers lost and left to the sea and driftwood. At once fragile and yet grudging in their demise. I find a quiet beauty in the end they have met and so to honor them I've posted an update to my web page at https://andyshanks.smugmug.com/
