Well, recently in SC we have had a police chief telling people not to engage in hanky-panky in the park in the Upstate (Greer, SC). Weve had a shooting in the Midlands (Columbia). And another shooting in the Lowcountry in Hampton County (Furman, SC).
Maybe it would be a good idea if all the police chiefs encouraged people to engage in hanky-panky in the parks. At least its better than a shooting.
