the ONLY people who have ever come to my door pimping their sanctimonious drivel is so-called "christians" 
among generally nonproselytizing religions, like Buddhism and Hinduism, also actively seek to convert people to their beliefs.
However, my guess is that none have ever shown up at your door both because they are very tiny minorities in this Christianity-dominated nation (so many doors, so few people) and even more because it would be unacceptably dangerous. Christianity thumpers are a culturally accepted nuisance. Here.
Which suggests the obvious answer to Omar's question in Christian-dominated parts of the world. If this were a Sawdi airline, or Somali (are there any?), though, odd as preaching Islam on a plane would be, I suspect the greatest objection, to the point of possible danger, would be if a woman did it. (!)
