Would Disney win a freedom of speech lawsuit against the Florida?

The bill passed today is blatant retaliation for Disney speaking out against Florida's hateful don't say gay law. Maybe Disney will wind up own the state, it would be nice to see DeSantis replaced with a Disney character, I mean look how long he has been running a Mickey Mouse operation.
