There were protests after trump won in 2016 too. In fact, 7 Democrat senators tried to persuade then VP Biden to not count electoral votes. There was no storming the Capitol, though.

There is a major difference between being a disgusting scummy person, and being a criminal. That major difference is clear evidence that a CRIME was committed.

Cheering on sedition, defending it, and calling the insurrectionists "heroes" is scummy, but not a crime. As said in other posts, if there is proof that she let them in the building, gave them blueprints for the Capitol, or provided any other material support, then guilty and disqualified.
