"Ask @RepMTG if she is the bomber . . . ask her where she was that day and evening"

Richard Signorelli (@richsignorelli) - Former AUSA-SDNY, Litigator

Ask @RepMTG if she is the bomber. Show her the videos of the suspect. Ask her if that is either her or someone she knows. Nothing to lose w/ these questions. As a followup, if she denies it is her, ask her where she was that day and evening, who she was with, & what she was doing.

in the video leaving bombs in the Capitol area? It's highly improbable that that figure was Taylor Greene as she's a little, short figure, hardly taller than five feet.

So what would that question do? It would put her on the defensive and cast doubts and aspersions upon her...which, okay, is not a bad thing because she was most likely involved, but she wasn't the bomber figure.

Her answer is “I don’t remember / recall.”

And the judge is letting her dodge the many questions that she should answer, but instead twists it into a political speech that doesn’t answer the question.

he or she doesn't already know the answer to.

I would love to have her asked these questions under oath, but this sounds like bad advice.
