And Andrew Celli is incredibly unprepared to present this case.
Totally unprepared to make the case. Delays responding...rustling papers etc..
Pretty sure I could do a better job of making this case.

(11,738 posts)I have seen lawyers get blasted out of court (in legal terms, not dramatically) because they were not prepared. Those lawyers would say, "the judge was against me". My thought was, "was he really though?, or was it that you seemed to be wasting everyone's time?"
Judges don't like their time wasted. They don't like unprepared attorneys. Especially if it is something serious like keeping someone's name off a ballot.
This is likely the main reason the DOJ is so slow at bringing charges against Trump. Such a high profile case would certainly be a disaster for a prosecution that is unprepared with iron clad evidence.
