Watching the evidentiary hearing of MTG, it appears that she is very conscious about responding to some questions with nothing except, "I don't remember", for fear it might make her look guilty.
There are probably about 135 Congressmen watching this hearing with much interest. If the people in MTG's district can keep her off the ballot, are they really safe in theirs? Some other citizens may get the same idea?
I would not anticipate the Judge ruling that she does not qualify, since the people chose her by popular vote.
But still, probably an uneasy moment for a lot of insurrectionists in the Congress today?
