Right wingers never receive consequences for their actions. She could have personally skewered another member of congress with a flag pole and she'd still be there, screeching about what a victim she is.

The judge only makes a recommendation to the Secretary of States office. The Secretary of State decides. This is nothing more than a public hearing to gather information.

If the judge provides the information the Secretary of State wants, it makes everything easy for him. He is in a primary election fight to keep his job and does not want to make this decision. I am sure he wants the judge to give him what he wants, the east way out.

I've been working most of the day, but I've been kind of enjoying "watching people watch" it. It's not even slightly consequential, but the weight and importance given to any part of it.

I dunno. It's entertaining for me. But, I'm an asshole like that, so . . .
