The Great Republican Programs

Just think if the Republicans were in control of everything.

The immigration problem would go away immediately.

There would never be a hunger problem.

There would be no inflation. There would be no unemployment. Everyone would be healthy.

We would have the best education system in the world.

The pandemic would never have happened, and if it did, they would do little about it. The people would reserve the right to die.

They would have won the war in Afghanistan and would never have gone into Ukraine.

They would give more taxcuts to the wealthy, since that is the best way to help the poor and middle class.

Social programs would no longer be needed. We would be living in a utopia.
===============

The reality is that Republicans blame all of society's ills on the Democrats and the liberals and their only solution is to do nothing. They are not responsible for anything that might be wrong in our society. They certainly do not wish to fix any problems. Their wish is to be in power in order to stop helping people. They are anti-government. They are anti-democracy. They are anti-freedom.

and private interest equals money. They will create and lie their way through any alternative reality to achieve that end. They must have studied the great Russian writer, Gogol.

That’s it. And they use that to say, “We’re too broke to do anything.”

the MSM is owned and managed by the right.

I keep trying to emphasize the importance of the narrative, to little avail.

Think about it; we had an assault on our Capitol, people died, the place was ransacked, feces thrown on the walls, and the Republican party was complicit in all of it, from the president on down. The attempted coup did not end on 1/6, it continues today in full force.

16 months, and no Republicans have been held accountable. What do Republicans do? 33 hearings on Benghazi and Hillary testifies in public for 11 hours.

The insurrection continues, what is the Democrats answer? GOTV. Well wife and I voted, putting it in the mail tomorrow, now what? What happens when Magat election officials refuse to certify my vote? Where are Merrick Garland and Kristen Clarke? Where are Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer? Control the damn narrative, make Mark Meadows and Kevin McCarthy testify in public for 11 hours.

What? You say we can't do that. Therin lies the problem.

Imagine if there had been a Democratic President who conspired to overthrow an election and the Democratic Party was complicit in getting a bunch of radical leftists to attack our Capitol, what would the Republicans would have said and done?

That is what the Democrats should do, in this instance.

The GOP has no platform of betterment for those from whom they beg for votes. Rather, what can be taken away, restricted or destroyed is the best they can muster - a farce of a party proudly displaying it like a badge of honor. Stupid followers who have no clue what Authoritarianism entails but who encompass the ideology thinking that their lives will get better. You can’t fix stupid.

We need to be screaming our message now, not in a day, week or month…..NOW!

Come on DOJ! There are a lot of us out here waiting with baited breath. Tempus fugit.
