If I was running for office I would talk about facism until I was blue in the face. I wouldn't mention Hitler or nazis. I would talk about stone cold facism. And I would tell people that it's a threat to their middle class way of life. We need a national conversation about facism.

EVERYTHING and EVERY DEMOCRAT gets cast as socialists 24-7, even when it has has nothing to do with anything we are doing or advocating for.

Republicans, and the "conservative" movement are nothing other than full on fascist at this point, it would be spot on truthful to say they are fascists.

You won't hear a single Dem say it, cause they are operating from the pre Reagan / Gingrich mindset where there was an actual code of honor between elected officials.

That shit is LONG passed, and every day that Dems don't scream, hair on fire F A C I S M, that is their part in enabling the efforts to remake what was once the beacon of democracy into a chriso fascist idiocracy.

And every time a Republican says the word socialist, Democrats should say, let me remind you what facism is. Congress person or Senator so and so voted yes or no on this bill. Let me explain how this relates back to socialism.

They will scream that comparisons to Hitler are desperate measures. To which we respond, you're the only one comparing yourself to Hitler...I'm talking about facism. And then define it. Give examples of what Republicans stand for that is facist.

I think it could be powerful.

They are attempting to move the Overton window by uttering the word socialist with authoritarian and populist. This way, socialism becomes conflated with fascism.

Cause, here in 'Murika, we ain't never gonna go SOSH-A-LIST, doncha know! Why, that would HURT shareholder profits! Can't have that. The dollar is way more important than human life here is this capitalist utopia!

So many faithful viewers of Morning Joe, pads and pencils in hand. How thrilling for his fans that someone was able to find one word to hang an antii-Scarborough thread on. Since none of the three hosts spoke up, it's a shame there wasn't a retired general right beside him being interviewed at the same time that could have corrected the professor.. oh wait. 🤔

Socialist, fascist, communist, plutocrat, populist, Nazi, etc...

Most of them have no real/useful meaning as they are tossed out freely as the buzzword of the moment.

Mostly meaning; 'bad' if talking about the other guy.

'Good' if you can use it for yourself.
