11. The lightning quick offer and agreement suggests a lack of due diligence on the part of the BOD

at least in my mind. Potential suitors need transparent financial information, and at least a few days' accountant forensics to understand the company and structure a potential bid. This is so quick it's almost like a private sale.

which we can delete and ignore individually.
The problem is the Press, which uses Twitter as quotes and constantly publishes them.
I don't have a twitter app and don't use it. But it will be hard to ignore all the Trump tweets when Musk puts him back on. They will be repeated everywhere.
