Who else is going through such destruction, loss, and horror with such courage and ingenuity against a large nuclear power? This war is not only for the sovereignty and democracy of Ukraine, but for democracy everywhere. Yes, the US and other nations are giving aid to Ukraine, but it is the Ukrainians who have inspired that aid with their dedication, good use of the aid, and successes.

Ukraine is now the defender of democracy in the world. They are the ones suffering and dying but the rest of the world also benefits from what they are doing.
