Just a few... but let me add not an article but an observation on what the Jan. 6th committee is doing.. I truly think they are approaching this perfectly.. getting all the facts right and will present them in late summer so that they stick with people about what the right has done!.. Because it seems that after 3 weeks those shocked on the right somehow can delude themselves..
And listening to MJ this morning with Donny D. doing his what is trending.. In one year right wing nut populists aka those who love the Dictator.. have fallen from 17 to I think he said 12.. anyway its a good day to be us!!!!

While I wasn’t up on all of good news items you just posted, I may have felt the change of vibe as something in the air. For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, followed by a violent, attempted coup d’état, followed by the unprovoked criminal mass slaughter in Ukraine, I have spent the morning brainstorming ideas for a mystery novel instead of my regular diet of doomscrolling.
I’ve also resolved to make a manageable list of 1 hour cleaning projects - and actually get started on them this week - beginning with the dreaded basement now that JunkLuggers have come and gone.
As for walking, when I had my annual physical exam a few weeks ago and told my doctor that I walked 3+ miles every other day, he was NOT impressed. So, it’s walking at least 2 miles a day but I say that vacuuming counts.
