I'm sure it's 4D-chess, to maximize the impact of other charges DoJ is gonna bring against Meadows any day now... yeah, that's the ticket!

which indicates that an individual far enough the food chain in a presidential administration will probably not be charged with a crime like contempt. Which would explain why Bannon is indicted and Meadows not.

Navarro and Scavino remain to be seen as far as being charged
