Maybe time to take a page out of Russia & China's book..just a thought

Going back to the Vietnam & Korean Wars..

You know, lots of American "volunteers" showing up with all their weapons and command structure and sewing on a Ukraine patch.
Gosh, the 82 Airborne all just volunteered all at once! We tried to stop them! etc

Russian pilots in Vietnam, entire Chinese Divisions crossing into N Korea to "volunteer" and we weren't at war with them were we?

I take solace in the fact that American weapons are finally killing Russians. Their weapons have been used against us since Nam.

The First American Volunteer Group (AVG) of the Republic of China Air Force, nicknamed the Flying Tigers, was formed to help oppose the Japanese invasion of China. Operating in 1941–1942, it was composed of pilots from the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), and was commanded by Claire Lee Chennault. Their Curtis P-40B Warhawk aircraft, marked with Chinese colors, flew under American control.

I feel pretty confident that all the things like you said and more are happening right now. IMO.

we've been preparing for several Putin scenarios. As soon as he started moving troops and equipment, we probably sent in some reconnaissance if they weren't already there.

We aided by anticipating the possible advances and reacted with real-time targeting. I think Putin tried to rope us in with his build up, but he was the one roped in. He was spread thin and unprepared.

His military is used to fighting poor farmers using walkie talkies and long rifles. The Russian army's ensuing brutality is revenge for having been exposed as corrupt and incompetent.
