Every street intersection has people begging.

We have a lot of foodbanks so there are lots of places that they can go to to get a good meal every day. But so many sleep rough.

most of them get bussed to California. Then those same red states point at us and say, "look at what those liberal policies have led to!"

then they migrate to less punitive Blue cities.

Out in the PNW, the formula is: get addicted to Meth or Opiates in Montana or Idaho, burn your bridges with your family, move to Seattle or Portland where there are some benefits, some shelter, some social housing, some treatment centers.
