If Roe falls, Citizens United can be overturned

I'm not suggesting that Roe should fall. Not all all. It is beyond reproach to even passively accept that.

The Supreme Court should think long and hard on this one though...

If you have no rights that are not enumerated in the Constitution, then corporations are NOT people. Corporations have NO rights.

So think really really hard guys. You don't understand the depths of the Pandora's box that you're inclined to open.

Full stop.

but laws are pyramid structures just like stock markets, they are made to control and fool most of the people most of the time for the benefit of the few at the top. So we could prove that case in court, and SCOTUS could still say that's the way it's always been since 1880 and we can't go back. The masses are trying to grab power and freedom and the top dogs are trying to rule and conquer.

They don’t care if this ruling can be applied to other cases. They’ll just rule politically in that one too. No need to be consistent when you’re bought and paid for.

They think they are at a checkmate point and can retain power through stealing the next two elections. I think that is why they don’t care how bad this all looks. They feel the checkmate already happened from 2016 to now with all their efforts.

The idea is to completely change how this country operates. In order to change any of this, we have to win in 2022 and 2024. They don’t feel Democrats will get power again to repair the damage or knock down other decisions.

I may not think so tomorrow, but an 18 year old bottle of wine, gorgeously preserved, is making me agree with you

They are ruled by self-interest, intolerance and rightwing ideology.
