Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsThe fatal flaw Trump and his inner circle made leading up to Jan 6th.
They brought the oath keepers and proud boys into their seditious conspiracy. Three oath keepers who have been charged with seditious conspiracy, have turned and are telling all to the DOJ. I believe their are 6 others who have plead not guilty. Some of them will most likely turn.
The DOJ has all their phones and evidence from when their homes were raided. We know the oath keepers were at the coup headquarters, Willard Hotel, in the days leading up to the coup. We know they were with Roger Stone. I find it hard to believe they were not in contact with other inner circle people who were at coup headquarters.
Some will say, Roger Stone, other inner circle Trump people will never talk. If Stone, others are charged with seditious conspiracy, which carries a twenty year sentence, Trump no longer able to hand out pardons. That will make people sing like a canary.
The DOJ does not make deals with oath keepers, proud boys unless they give up people higher up than them. People like the ones at coup headquarters. Most of Trumps inner circle were at the Willard Hotel planning the coup. Tick,Tick, Tick.

The fucking President of the United States had them remove the US flag and replace it with his.
I literally watched that on Jan 6 - brazen does not quite describe it.
In most countries, hed already be in a dungeon for life or strung up on his own gallows.
I still cant process what went down with that failed coup.
Yes, I was stunned that day watching it and still am. Meanwhile, the traitors responsible have yet to be held accountable!

(4,616 posts)Does this make now? I've lost track. There was the "fatal flaw" when the access Hollywood tape came out. Then there was the "fatal flaw" when he brought Russians into the oval office. Then the "fatal flaw" of going to NK and buddying up to the little tyrant. Or maybe that "fatal flaw" when he tried to bribe Ukraine and withheld aid. No wait wait, I think the "fatal" flaw was when he tried to strong arm Georgia into manufacturing votes and handing him the election. No, wasn't that either And so on and so on and so on.

All we have to do is win by margins we have never won by in history to insure enough votes get counted, then we have to fight like hell when they try to set aside the results.
