Funny because I use twitter and you couldn’t swing a dead bird on there without hitting a hunter Biden tweet or a link to an article about him. If they were actually censoring it, they did a terrible job of it.

The lawsuit is mostly about labeling Covid lies as “misinformation “. Have fun proving Biden told Twitter to do that lol.

1. The Complaint in this case was presented to the President's attorney. She hasn't stopped laughing yet.

2. The Defense is reminded of lead defense counsel's stellar opening argument in the famous case People of the State of Alabama v. William Gambini and Stanley Rothenstein. To remind the court of this argument, it was very short: defense counsel approached the jury box and spoke these words: "Everything that guy just said is bullshit. Thank you."

3. The same description can be applied to this case. It's full of Internet conspiracies, half-truths, complete lies, snippets from former President Trump's speeches, and, apparently, stuff they pulled out of their asses. Nothing here is actionable and almost all of it is falsehood.

4. The defense requests the following relief.
a. We request that this case be dismissed with prejudice.
b. We request all non-attorney plaintiffs be declared vexatious litigants.
c. We request all attorney plaintiffs be sanctioned or disbarred.
d. We request plaintiffs pay reasonable attorney fees out of personal, not state, funds. We list our costs as follows:
(1) Fifteen minutes of a partner's time, billed at $1000 per hour, or $250.
(2) Ten minutes of our receptionist's time to type this up, billed at $120 per hour, or $20.
(3) One 750ml bottle of Craigellachie 33 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky, billed at $3500.
(4) Twenty pizzas from Comet Ping-Pong, Washington, DC, billed at $18 each plus tax and tip, or $500. (We give big tips.)
(5) $500 worth of beer, wine and soft drinks of Defendants' choice.
e. We request plaintiffs pay unreasonable attorney fees of $125,000 for pissing us off.
