Just got back from Dr. Strange - Very Mild Spoiler concerning origin of a character

A new character, America Chavez, was introduced to the MCU. She's not just an undocumented immigrant from another country but an entire other universe, speaks fluent Spanish, and has two moms for parents.

Has Governor DeSantis been alerted?
