(54,770 posts)Dont buy its a right winger trying to keep the 5 Justices in line. Alitos opinion might be what they believe, but dont think theyd want it presented that bluntly when close to 80% of people are not emphatically opposed to abortion.
But who knows, anymore. Alito could have done it, someone typed in the wrong email address, it was plot by most if not all Justices, some low level clerk waned to make a name for themselves, or whatever.
Id still like to see a draft dissent(s) to compare to Alitos crud.

The second with Alito's draft was a LW source.

*I think there are lots of leaks like this and I believe there have been some ongoing that are implying that nothing will change the outcome.
