7. Well, consider that Clarence was out sick for awhile in March

after the draft was being circulated, and he spent about a week in hospital - so maybe he'd have needed to have someone bring court documents to him while he recovered, and maybe there were some of those lying around, either in the hospital or at home. Who knows?
