What word, other than "abortion," doesn't appear once...

What word, other than “abortion,” doesn’t appear once in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or any other subsequent amendment?

“Gun.”

What’s that? The right to murder-death-kill-weapons is heavily implied? TS. Apparently, unless a word appears in the text, it’s not guaranteed. All I see in the Second Amendment is that the Government can’t mandate I get a double amputation of my upper limbs.

I dunno ... maybe it can, but then someone has to amputate the arms of a Bear, and install them onto your torso.

Wonder who'd be paying for all that though?

If the OP can quibble that the word "guns" does not appear (though "arms" does,) then the word "privacy" does not appear either. Period.

I’d call it a rhetorical absurdism. But as that seems to be the thrift of the Roberts Court ATM…

Army and Navy are specifically enumerated. At the time the Constitution was written, the bleeding edge technology for flight was a hot air balloon, and Ben Franklin I believe witnessed demonstrations while ambassador to France. So it was a known, they just omitted it as an option available to Congress. To be literal, the Supreme Court should rule the entire Air Force has to be grounded until the Constitution is duly amended
