GOP Wants TV Warning for LGBTQ characters

Not sure if this has been posted yet, maybe I missed it? Per usual, there is NO BOTTOM to these monsters

====================================================

GOP senators demand parental warnings for shows featuring LGBTQ characters

Apparently, "Don't say gay" isn't enough—some Republican senators want "Don't see gay," too.

Five GOP senators sent a letter to the head of the TV Parental Guidelines Monitoring Board asking that the rating system add new warnings so parents can keep their kids from watching shows with LGBTQ characters.

The letter was crafted by Kansas Sen. Roger Marshall and signed by Indiana’s Mike Braun, Montana’s Steve Daines, North Dakota’s Kevin Cramer, and Utah’s Mike Lee.

The senators want the TV regulator to put up a warning for shows that feature what in their eyes is “disturbing content” of LGBTQ characters to help parents keep their children from being exposed to gay, lesbian, or trans characters.

I propose everyone who wants to watch porn have to register an account with their real identity and prove they are of legal age.

And those accounts need to be periodically audited by contacting the owners of those accounts and confirming that they are, indeed, the individuals watching the porn.

To protect the children.

Republicans need to get on this right away, before the whole country falls into moral turpitude.

Hopefully businesses are finally going to get fed up with the heavy hand of these boys. Not to mention that a HUGE part of the creativity in the arts is due to LGBTQ people. Hope all these miscreants are enjoying their moment of hate before it turns on them.

That's what kids constantly see on the screen these days, not LGBTQ characters.

should be pasted on a pre-show advisory.

Also before every ad, the political leanings of a company or politician should be displayed in an advisory.

That could kill TV as a medium
