She was then apprehended and take to the hospital where she then died.

So while in the hospital she was technically detained and in custody and died in custody.

But she wasn't killed in custody she died in custody from self inflicted wounds that occurred before being taken into custody.

That pic of the woman looks to be 20 or so years old. She was 56 (her long tall drink of klan water is 38, so he deffo was MILFing on the lam), when she leaded up her own skull and assumed room temperature, and shallow end of the gene pool spawned rednecks like her never age well.
