MTG case got the text after arguments and it looks like the judge didn't consider them.
I don't know if that would be the case for JT, the text that are already public implicates her.

As expected, that failed because while the evidence was clear that MTG is unfit for office, there was no evidence she engaged in insurrection. Again, she's horrible, stupid, and worse.
