6. IMO, the odds that the Dems will increase their majorities in BOTH Houses increases

Their sole job is to look at a law, and determine if it violates the Constitution or not.

And being that they have a right-wing agenda, they can easily strike down a national abortion law, saying it violates the 10th Amendment or something.
