IMHO, if the SCOTUS were smarter, they'd realize that this instant, loud reaction

we're seeing will just drive the senate to a national pro-choice law. It might take a couple of election cycles, but our objection will eventually win out. And it might even be more liberal that where Roe leaves us.

They’re working on eroding voting rights so those most likely to disagree with them will have less and less access to the ballot.

with every passing day. Alito and the wingers on the Court will rue the day, and it will be sooner than they could ever imagine.

Those who "predict" a mid-term minority wave will be eating crow. The nation is pissed, and this is only the beginning.

at the federal level to the agenda. It is overwhelmingly popular, especially with younger people. It would be a huge money maker for states.

Their sole job is to look at a law, and determine if it violates the Constitution or not.

And being that they have a right-wing agenda, they can easily strike down a national abortion law, saying it violates the 10th Amendment or something.

Of course if Repulsives get control of all three they could kill the filibuster and outlaw abortion nationally as well.
