is "Why would an all powerful, all loving, all knowing and otherwise perfect god, create a tree that would condemn people to death and suffering, create a serpent that would tempt the people, and throw them all together KNOWING that people were weak and would take the temptation?"

It would be god's fault for setting the whole thing up in the first place, and knowing what would unfold. Why? Why would a benevolent and omnicient deity do that?
