I got my second Moderna booster today

My last booster was Sept. 7 and so it is a good time to get a booster. Back on Feb.19, my antibody levels were above the maximum level for that test. Unfortunately, the UT Cares Study is over and I will not be betting any more antibody tests.

1. I got mine a few weeks ago

My first three were Pfizer. I got Moderna for the second booster. Felt kind of icky the next day, but nothing major.

2. Got my second Pfizer booster 10 days ago

Because I was traveling to Florida to see my mom.
Zero side effects.

3. Got mine three weeks ago

and my 11 year old came home from school with a 101 fever today.

GAH!

Rapid test was negative. Waiting for PCR confirmation. But I may be about to test the strength of Moderna Booster 2!

4. I got mine last week, the first booster was in October.

Husband gets his next week sometiime, we both has some minor side effects with the first one, this one I was just tired for a day or so with a headache. No matter what it was better than getting full blown Covid!

5. All my previous were Pfizer but for this 2nd booster, Moderna last week.

The VA outpatient clinic (no appt, M-F 8-3) said Moderna was all they had and that the P and M are totally interchangeable. I had zero side effects from all of anything.

The nurse sounded like they get patients insisting on one or the other.

6. My son did the same thing

My son was in the Pfzier original trial and the Pfzier booster trial. He got moderna as his second booster

8. I had three Pfizer before my second booster

which was moderna, last week. Hit me hard. I was pretty surprised since the first three were all good.

7. No side effects so far.

For my first shot, my arm hurt and I had a slight fever
