but didn't get chance to get the latest schedule for the votes.

The roll call vote is here - https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_votes/vote1172/vote_117_2_00165.htm

The NV was Lummis (R-WY).

If he had voted Nay, then VP. Harris would have had to break the tie.

As a CSPAN junky, I know most of the Senators by sight when they show them on the floor or in a hearing, but don't always remember all the names of some of the newer ones - in this case, she is new and just got elected as a freshman Senator to replace Mike Enzi, in 2020.

It's been unfilled for 12 years, and she only gets 2 years to serve? What's up with that?

I think this is why they schedule these "close ones" to make sure the VP is around.

This is the 2nd attempt since the last time (April 26, 2022) there were 2 Dems unable to attend (I think out for COVID), so the nom didn't pass cloture at that time.

Wasn't sure if the vote would be the same for cloture vs final confirmation this go-around and obviously it wasn't (Lummis voted Nay after not voting for the cloture vote).
