If TFG were to be indicted, let's talk about timing of Garland's actions

We are getting pretty close to the midterms. Right now, with Roe's legal head in a supreme noose, I tend to think that helps our side.

If TFG were to be indicted before the midterms that could easily / probably would change that whole calculus in a way not favorable to our side. It would at least blunt the Roe issue to reduce its impact. It would also incite the right wing radicals. This could turn into a a red tsunami of reactionary voters supporting TFG.

I would rather any reactionary voters were on our side.

If the TFG thing remains quiet until after the midterms, a nice coalescence of kindred left wings souls could change the normal "party in power always loses in the midterms" conventional thinking. Ewe could win, and maybe even win big.

Meanwhile, the longer TFG remains unindicted, the harder it could be to eventually put his ass in a chair at the defense table.

I'm kind of torn here. Do I want Speedy Garland or Slow Garland?

Which do you want?

We had momentum last summer with videos and Capitol Police testimony, then went on extended break or something.

So far, they’ve found tons of evidence trump is unfit for office, but nothing that will convict him. Even trumpsters knew he was unfit in 2016, they just didn’t care.
