I know "bear arms". Altho that seems silly since bears already have arms.

Anyhoo, somewhere on K Street or in the Koch/Murdoch/Mercer/QAnon world, someone is working on how to make men safe from women taking away their rights.

Hard to write a dystopian novel more absurd than the reality we are living in now.

She spent some time in prison, but he, alas, has been wandering around Texas dickless since (actually I can't remember whether they were able to reattach it or not, but one wonders how functional it is).

(To the best of my recollection)
Can't remember the dick's name.

Wonder if TheDonald asked him if he could borrow it as a replacement for his 'shroom (Stormy Daniels).

Lifetime has an excellent movie about her. I was almost ashamed of myself for not having thought about it back then.

It’s been 26 years, but everyone still knows the notorious case of Lorena Bobbitt. But what’s gotten lost in the countless tabloid headlines and tasteless jokes that followed was the story of a severely abused young woman whose torment–both physical and mental–at the hands of her husband pushed her over the edge. In this Lifetime Original movie, Lorena tells her story, and we follow her journey from a wide-eyed, immigrant bride to a battered wife, and an unlikely media sensation, with her ultimately emerging as a strong, thoughtful woman who has devoted her life to advocating for other abused women. Dani Montalvo and Luke Humphrey star. (2020)

I could learn to shoot one? Picture this:
I'm 78 years old, white, 5'2, 123 lbs. Very threatening, right? But with an AR-15 slung over my shoulder that I knew how to shoot? Just call me Killer Grandma. Riiiiiiight. Not saying I would, but if I had to, I probably could.....

Got into it one day and he told me he and his pals were going to “win” because they were, and I quote, “gunned-up warriors.”

I pointed out to him that he and 1 of his friends were retired and overweight DENTISTS!
The other was an overweight retired real estate agent.

And I reminded him that between the four of us only one was certified and qualified on the US Army’s main BATTLE TANK!
In every position on that tank.
And all the weapons on it.
And all the standard-issue weapons of an infantryman.
And could call in air and artillery.

That would be me.
Cuz’ I’m a liberal.

Spray painted pink lines on the grass or sidewalk as the marking the limit where ForcedBirth protestors can tread?

When Black Panthers Carried Guns, Conservatives Supported Gun Control

It's too late for this because the yahoos will shoot them dead now, but I used to say that if the Black Panthers took up arms like they did in 1967, we'd damn well get some goddamned gun control legislation. Now it's too late because they'll be killed immediately if they were to try it. And I wouldn't recommend it.

This is where we are now: at the mercy of the gun-humpers. We really are at their mercy. There are too many of them and they are too armed. Republicans won't touch even better background checks. Even if they did, there'd probably be an armed rebellion. It feels like it's too late.

Males terrorize, bully and control women for a number of reasons.

Women will not fight back in a violent way, will not start a war against males.

Women will not take up arms to defend themselves like men would do.

because he was afraid of Black Panthers with guns.

In the 21st century, if the police encounter armed resistance, they just gun them down - unless the armed resistance is Republican
