Not that it will matter, the previous owner of Whole Foods didn't give a damn that most customers were liberal. Bezos likely doesn't either.

I was unclear, but my point was billionaires don't give a shit who their customers are. Sadly, people will continue to enrich them. Sometimes because they are unaware, often because corporate oligopolies have made our shopping choices irrelevant.

I've voted democrat in every election since I was 18. I turned 59 today and will continue to do so within reason. By that I mean I'm sick to f'ing death of the mambly pambly defense the demo powers that be have continually taken the high road. As if the populace of this country is educated and even slightly interested in the democratic process as outlined in our endangered constitution. Use it or lose it mf'rs.
But I digress.
I've owned both a 1975 coupe deville and an 03 cts. Both Cadillac. Both had dead stickers. Steal Your Face specifically.
I've also sported a few NRA stickers. Well, my long dead wife's great uncle was a life long member and they still send us crap all the time. I do derive satisfaction of the fact that it costs them some 1-200 a year just mailing shit to us. Makes great fire stater though.

My outrage amuses him.

In my family we've had contempt for Musk for a very long time.

your son was lying. Anecdotal to me means a first person experience (s) that is not enough to be a scientic sample to prove anything.

...affectation, there's always the second law of thermodynamics.

Musk and the people who hand out this crap want everyone to believe that electricity comes out of a wall socket connected to so called "renewable energy."

It doesn't. Electricity is increasingly generated using dangerous fossil fuels.

This idiot band-aids for the fossil fuel industry have done nothing at all to address climate change, are doing nothing to address climate change and won't do anything to address climate change.

The report at Mauna Loa this morning:

May 17: 421.64 ppm
May 16: 421.72 ppm
May 15: 421.84 ppm
May 14: 422.04 ppm
May 13: 421.95 ppm
Last Updated: May 18, 2022

Recent Daily Average Mauna Loa CO2

These numbers come less than 10 years after we first saw readings of 400 ppm.

I pay attention. I'm not into bourgeois fantasies by which wealthy people pretend that they're "green" by buying "stuff." There's nothing "green" about it.
