We screen all of our phone calls as there are so many spam callers nowadays. The other day I answered a call, the phone screen said it was the RNCC. The person asked to speak to Marie (my mother). I told the person that she passed away seven years ago. He came back at me by saying well she's dead, I'll talk to you. Obviously I hung up.

Feel free to push the number buttons on your phone while the ignoramus is trying to talk. Hold one down from time to time, as it's really annoying for the caller. Then hit the flash or hang up button.
