Officers Had No Duty to Protect Students in Parkland Massacre, Judge Rules

https://archive.ph/xJU2t

But police officers, in fact, generally are not under any legal obligation to protect citizens who are not in their custody.

TBH...It would not be a good idea for parents to go in there, but IMHO, they cops should have gone in.

the bad guys with guns. If they aren’t going to protect the public they sure as hell don’t need military grade weapons.

helmets, battering rams...and didn't use them. I saw video outside the school and a few armored vehicles rolled by, but not towards the school.

There will be subpoenaed surveillance videos and subpoenaed body worn cameras and subpoenaed 911 calls and subpoenaed radio traffic.

If these cops stood outside while shooting was going on they will be tarred and feathered.

Specific remarks at 1:17 in the video below. The officer speaking flies through the comment affirming this, but the acknowledgement is there.

The investigation had better be just as brutal as the calculated choice these officers made.

9. I heard the cops were interacting with him before he entered the school but they just let him go in.

I also heard he was in the school for almost an hour before going into the classroom and locking the door behind him.

These details plus the mayor's behavior today leads me to suspect there's something seriously wrong with the city government there. It's a largely Latino community yet the cops I saw and the mayor aren't. I wonder if they're all on board with the "great replacement" nonsense and approved of this. Sadly, the federal DOJ and the FBI have been neutered.

My good. They allowed the monster to murder those children. The police in this city are guilty of helping the murders.
