Parents Accuse Police of Waiting Outside During Uvalde Shooting: Video

Parents confronted police outside the Robb Elementary School during the shooting and demanded authorities do more, according to reports.

A video, which has since gone viral on Twitter, shows parents arguing with authorities setting a perimeter during the Texas school shooting on Tuesday. The video has now been viewed over 1.2 million times.

The video, shared by Gizmo writer Matt Novak, appears to show parents and bystanders outside the Robb Elementary school during the attack.

The police are the ones that barricaded the gunman in the classroom the students were in. Then waited until a SWAT team to arrive.
A border agent arrived and went in and confronted the murderer. The border agent was shot but managed to kill the mass murderer.

to get the guy. From what I read, the local cops just screwed everything up. And what was CBP doing there in the first place? Also ICE was at the parents' collection place. What's up with that? Hispanics have been in Texas longer than white people.

But there was a recent school shooting in DC, there was a massive federal response as there are many feds in DC. The secret service, capitol police, is Marshall’s, and other feds in the area responded. Why the local force did not enter and try to neutralize the threat is beyond my level of understanding at this point. He was not in an empty warehouse he was in a school with defenseless children. They have a duty to protect

The idea that cops are supposed to "Protect and Serve" is a lie that they push in a effort to justify their exorbitant budgets.

But I get your point, and something that keeps entering my head is that cops in Texas are overwhelmingly Right Wingers, would they have acted differently if the school was a predominantly white school rather than Latino? How the hell can they live with themselves? They fed a classroom full of children to a monster and just stood there while he ate them all up.

that in another thread there is a Twitter video of them threatening to tase parents. Don't know if they actually did but they didn't need to be doing that, FFS.
