I think it's time to start calling it what it is - We have a Disaster Porn Industry

From the ones in the background like medical debt collectors who go after people at their lowest and worst times of their lives. (I originally wanted to type 'small' but some of these groups are anything but small).

... to the heavy hitters like the NRA and ACT for America which make bank off of shootings and terrorist attacks respectively.
