and Biden isn't likely to stomp on the agency heads' turf. The US Marshals Service is under the DoJ, headed by the Attorney General, and as far as I can figure out weren't involved at all. Border Patrol is under Homeland Security, and they responded to local police only after the shooter had been on the scene for about an hour. It was one of their agents who shot him. But the apparent clusterfuck seems to be the fault of the locals, not BP.
