The 9th circuit struck down CA's gun law and SCOTUS could strike down NY's gun law soon but
I don't want that to discourage state legislatures from trying.
Use their strategy.
Keep passing laws regardless of the case law.
Let them sue.
Be willing to let the court strike the law down.
...and do it again.
Pass another law.
Let them sue.
Keep going.
The health and safety of the people is always worth the fight.
Keep trying. I refuse to believe nothing can be done.
