WE NEED TO REPEAL THE SECOND AMENDMENT.
We can't rely on the fucking supreme court to uphold any laws that we might be able to eek through our unholy senate, so let's just repeal the the thing and "let the states decide."

If Texas can do it, so can we. For those who resist the buyback, citizens can sue anyone in possession of an assault weapon for 10k.

The best we can hope for is a Supreme Court that'll interpret it -- all of it, including the "well-regulated" part -- so that laws can be passed to mitigate some of the damage.
Good luck with that, too. Moscow Mitch will be happily harvesting coals in hell long before the current crop reaches their sell-by date.

(2,252 posts)The SCOTUS needs to be packed with judges who were not appointed by orange cancer. Rapist, drunkard liars that must be outnumbered by honest Americans who will bring honor to their black robes and less likely to be wearing white robes and hoods like some of today's SCOTUS are.
