I'm sure I'll be corrected but my impression is that school forces are less stringent, at least in smaller places, than "regular" cops. Premise being that they need to be "gentler" because they deal with kids.

Yup, this fellow won city council 3 weeks ago. Might as well hang it up as the designated fall guy for ABBUTT, who the odds makers say has not lost the lead over Beto at all. Despite ABBUTT's entire f-up record on everything.

Yes, the fall guy was wrong, not excusing him but plenty wrong to go around.
