I'd be shocked if he wasn't being treated for diabetes. Do you think he developed COPD from the Covid? I know it's possible.

But, his lungs are surely being crushed under all that weight. He's massively out of shape, as he doesn't exercise, so that alone would also cause him to suck wind after minimal exertion. His snorting and sniffing is probably from whatever the hell he's snorting before he goes out to speak...cocaine, Adderall, crushed European Sudafed...
