it died in the Senate, SO, even people who DO understand what it is saying, but do not know it is not passed, very likely will think 'wow, the Dems passed this and the prices are still shooting up, they are worthless'.

It needs a massive re-write.

"Ds wanted to lower gas pump prices, Rs said no, you could afford it" One idea, I'm sure there's better ones.
