13. Growing up in the 50's and 60's Memorial Day Weekend was all about counting traffic deaths.

500-600 predicted and then reported. Some at the Indianapolis race track! Every news and radio program mentioned the count.

Seat belts, Air bags, enforced drunk driving laws have all been "Mandated" by the "Gov'ment" and so now we move on to
the Gunfest free-for-alls.

Americans will wake up, thanks to the work of the Democrats and, in fact, DU people talking up the issue. Mass shootings will
eventually be a thing of the past...moving to the rare occurrence of my childhood.

I have faith in the idea of a better future.
