I am going to guess Rudy. Just because he is already being investigated for other crimes. The DOJ may use that as leverage to get Rudy to cooperate. Rudy was already named by a Trump lawyer as the leader of the fake elector fraud. This is just a guess, but they may see Rudy as someone they can turn.

Meadows was Coup Central...everything went through Meadows..Eastman devised the plan/plot/coup..fake electors, Mike Pence..I think Eastman and Meadows are trying to hide their January 6 real-time back and forth communications with Trump ..sending the mob to the Capital to intimidate Mike Pence was planned, but the violent mob storming the Capital was not..but once the Capital was breached, the original plan needed a correction..get Pence out of the building..no Pence no transfer of power...if, in fact, this is what Meadows and Eastman are doing their damndest to keep from the committee, I can see why..
