no decent lawyer would be willing to argue his ridiculous claim of executive privilege.

(36,133 posts)Oh. Nevermind. It's grand jury. Just any grand jury? Or a federal grand jury? Because from what I understand he can't have a lawyer in either.
So just bringing up the idea of a lawyer representing him is misinformation.

(7,857 posts)he was so confident his plot to overturn the election would have succeeded if not for the rioters breaching the capital..said his Green Bay Sweep was perfectly legal and upset because he was not getting the credit he deserved...Navarro is arrogant, proud of his part in the attempted coup...of course, he'd represent himself..gives him another opportunity to showcase his brilliance

(4,913 posts)You know by speaking to me your claim of executive privilege doesn't work. Navarro panicked and said, No,no.no over and over again.
What an idiot.

(4,913 posts)People like Navarro have no defense, none. All they have is lies that will not hold up in court. Any sane competent lawyer would tell them to make a plea deal. If they go to trial they may have a hard time getting any lawyer to defend their foolish lies. They could get in trouble.

When he discovers he going to prison for the rest of his life, he'll blab everything he knows. And I'm sure he knows a lot of Chump's secrets. Only Meadows and Kushner know more about Chump than Navarro does.
